We match prices from authorized MAP-compliant dealers only — not Amazon, eBay, or unofficial third-party sellers

Item must be identical — same brand, model, finish, and configuration — new condition, and in stock at the competing retailer

Competing price must be publicly advertised — not a flash sale, member-only price, coupon, or bundle deal

We price-match against retailers who are authorized by the manufacturer to sell a given brand and who adhere to the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).

Item Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

The exact same model — same brand, model name, finish/color, and configuration (pickup spec, trem system, etc.)
New condition — factory sealed or new open-box from the competing retailer; used, demo, refurbished, or "certified pre-owned" listings do not qualify
In stock and available at the competitor at the time of your request; backordered, pre-order, or out-of-stock prices are not eligible
The price is publicly advertised and verifiable — not a private member price, one-time coupon, bundle offer, or pricing error
The item is currently available in our inventory or orderable through our normal channels at standard pricing

Exclusions & Limitations

The following are not covered by our Price Match Guarantee:

Items already discounted via a Kilbourn Guitar Co. sale, promo code, or bundle offer
Prices resulting from typographical errors or system glitches on a competitor's website
Limited-time flash sales, Black Friday / Cyber Monday events, or doorbusters not representing the retailer's standard selling price
Prices offered only to club members, loyalty program tiers, or specific account holders
Financing promotions, gift-card-with-purchase offers, or trade-in credit deals
Consignment, used, vintage, or previously owned instruments regardless of source
Items sold by retailers not authorized by the manufacturer to carry that brand

How to Request a Price Match

Find the item at Kilbourn Guitar Co. Locate the same product on our floor or website. Price matches can be requested before or at the time of purchase.

Show us the competing price Share a link or show us the qualifying retailer's current product listing — price visible, in-stock status confirmed. We may independently verify.

We verify and match Our team confirms the retailer is authorized and MAP-compliant. If the listing qualifies, we match the price on the spot — no haggling required.

Complete your purchase Walk out with your new gear at the matched price, plus the service and expertise of a shop that actually knows guitars.
